Terms of Use

Wellness tracking, not diagnosis.

Effective May 6, 2026. These terms describe how you may use Quarterly Scan Co. websites, booking links, dashboard tools, report uploads, and progress-sharing features.

Wellness and fitness use only

Quarterly Scan Co. provides DEXA body composition scan access, report organization, trend tracking, goal tracking, and plain-English wellness summaries. We do not diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or manage medical conditions. Dashboard summaries are informational and should not replace advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

Booking and payment

Appointments are booked through a third-party scheduling and payment platform. Availability, cancellation rules, payment processing, and appointment communications may be handled by that platform and the scan location. Current appointment options are shown in the live booking calendar.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for entering accurate information in your dashboard. If you believe someone has accessed your account without permission, contact us promptly.

You may authorize a scan provider or clinic to send your DEXA body composition report to Quarterly Scan Co. so we can attach it to your dashboard. If you do not want that report shared with us, do not provide that authorization.

Dashboard information

The dashboard may extract values from PDFs automatically. Automated extraction can make mistakes. You should review your report and dashboard values before relying on them for goal tracking or sharing.

Any goals, encouragement, trend summaries, or next-step suggestions are general wellness and fitness tracking tools. They are not clinical recommendations.

Sharing progress

If you use the share-card feature, you choose which metrics to include and whether to copy, email, download, or post the card. Do not share body composition information unless you are comfortable with others seeing it. Once shared to another platform, that platform controls how the information is handled under its own terms and privacy rules.

Acceptable use

  • Do not upload reports or personal information for someone else unless you have permission.
  • Do not try to access another person's dashboard, report, or account.
  • Do not interfere with site security, upload malicious files, or misuse the booking or dashboard systems.
  • Do not use the site for emergency, diagnostic, or urgent medical needs.

Changes and availability

We may update the site, dashboard, booking flow, features, pricing, policies, and these terms as the service develops. We may also suspend or limit access if needed for security, maintenance, misuse, or legal reasons.
